Al Alamiya submits capital increase request to CMA

Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance has filed today its capital increase application to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) for approval, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The board had recommended increasing capital by SAR 200 million through a rights issue.
